  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Damaged Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact the carrier to file a claim.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.
